1. Our Houseblend is a versatile classic with a seasonal twist — carefully crafted for balance, vibrancy, and comfort all year round.

Throughout the year, the composition shifts to highlight the best of two different origins: from Honduras and Nicaragua in one season, to Ethiopia and Peru in the next. This approach lets us celebrate the changing harvests while keeping the cup consistently delicious.

The blend is a 50/50 mix of washed and natural-processed beans, resulting in a layered and expressive profile. Roasted to a medium level in Geneva, it brings out the natural sweetness and complexity of each origin without overpowering their unique character.

In the cup, you’ll find bright notes of blood orange, the subtle spice of liquorice, and a smooth hazelnut finish. Balanced and approachable, it’s a reliable everyday coffee that shines in both filter brews and espresso-based drinks.
