Funky Times

Funky Times is a playful and expressive seasonal blend built around a clean and comforting base of 80% Cenfrocafé washed coffee from Peru, combined with 20% Ombligón from Finca Anaya in Colombia, a rare variety processed through an advanced fermentation protocol designed to push aromatic complexity to another level.

The washed Peruvian component brings sweetness, balance and structure, while the Ombligón adds an intense layer of fruit-driven character. The coffee undergoes a multi-stage fermentation involving Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast activation with ripe strawberries, followed by controlled sealed fermentation and thermal shock washing techniques to stabilize and lock in flavour compounds.    

The result is a vibrant and unconventional cup with notes of strawberry, raspberry and cheesecake, supported by a creamy texture and juicy sweetness. Funky Times is designed to stand out while remaining approachable and highly enjoyable across both espresso and filter brewing methods.
